Big Kicks: How far can your soccer ball go with just one super strong kick? Make sure your toes are pointing toward the ground!

Step-over: Can you change directions by stepping over your soccer ball and then turning to face it again?

Pull-back: Start in control and then push your foot behind you to roll the ball backwards.

Passing and Trapping: Can you send your soccer ball to your friend with a kick? Can you stop it with your feet when your friend passes back?

Passing and Trapping: Can you send your soccer ball to your friend with a kick? Can you stop it with your feet when your friend passes back?

Shielding: Can you “shield” your ball from coach by moving around your ball with your back to coach?

Inside/Outside Chops: Use the inside of your foot to kick your ball sideways to get it away from coach. Now use the outside of your foot.

Roll-over: Start in control and then push your foot to the side to roll your ball sideways. Can you do it twice in a row?
